How it works

  • Every athlete is unique, and so is their journey with us. Our training sessions, which can range between 15 to 60 minutes, are customized to each individual. During these sessions, athletes engage in a variety of exercises such as Rope Pulls, Sandbag Carries, and Sled Pushes.

  • Under the WES Scale Principle, pioneered by our co-founder Julien Pineau, we understand that programming for our athletes shouldn't be overly abstract. Instead of complex exercises that require constant thought, we focus on goal-oriented activities like carries, based on visual feedback like crossing a line. This approach minimizes frustration, allowing the athlete to concentrate fully on the task, ensuring optimal results.
