Our Founders
Julien Pineau
Julien Pineau, global strength and conditioning expert, created StrongFit to understand human motion and performance. His innovative methods promote precision, mental toughness, and personalized training. Julien's teachings have benefited athletes and people from all backgrounds. Being a sought-after speaker and mentor, he inspired Improve's approach by integrating physical and neurological aspects. Julien's focus shifted to autism, leading him to join Improve and provide practical solutions for families in need.
Mike Ramirez
Mike Ramirez, a neurodivergent with a Master's in Psychology, created SpecialFit, a unique gym for the neurodivergent community in Los Angeles. SpecialFit closed during the pandemic and transformed into Divergent Fitness in 2020. Divergent Fitness partnered with institutions like Indiana University and UCLA and developed the Improve Neuro Therapeutic Methodology with Julien Pineau. This led to the establishment of the Improve Center, providing comprehensive autism care.
